Friday (Jan 12) We are baking the Belgian Spelt Fresh

Saturday (Jan 13) we are baking the Danish Vital Fresh.

For those interested, We do have Russian Rye loaves in the freezer

After 3 days of road closures...we are looking at the forecast for tomorrow and we decide not to bake tonight. In case the road opens though, anyone is welcome to come in for frozen bread. We plan (check for updates tomorrow night) to bake on Saturday for the market in...
